Abstract:
The experience of MBR process used for treating highly concentrated chemical wastewater is introduced.The treating capacity of the plant is 60 m3/h, the influent water CODCr is 533 mg/L, NH3-N is 182 mg/L, and SS is 86 mg/L.After the treatment, the effluent water CODCr is 8 mg/L, NH3- is 28.5 mg/L, and SS is 6 mg/L.Their removal rates are 94.6%, 95.6% and 93% respectively.The outlet water is clear and steady and can be recycled to circulating cooling water systems.

摘要:
采用浸没式膜生物反应器(MBR)处理化工废水,处理能力60m3/h,进水CODCr、NH3-N、SS质量浓度分别为533、182、86mg/L,处理后,出水CODCr、NH3-N、SS分别为8、28.5、6mg/L,去除率分别达到94.6%、95.6%、93%,且出水清澈稳定,可回用至循环冷却水系统。
