中小锅炉给水同步软化除氧中试研究

Abstract:

A new device which realizes the simultaneous softening and deoxidizing of the make-up water for boilers has been developed. Hence the scaling is inhibited and corrosion is lessened. Through pilot tests, the dosage of Na22SO3, water flow rate, fluent water hardness and catalyst dosage have been analyzed. The best operating parameters are determined as follows: when water hardness≤6 mmol/L, no catalyst is needed, the smallest dosage ratio k min of b>2SO3 is 1.3, the best velocity is 25-30 m/h;and when water hardness>6 mmol/L, extra catalyst CoCl21mg/L is needed. The hardness of effluent water and dissolved oxygen can both meet the water quality requirements of small-and medium-scaled boilers.

摘要:

研制成功一种用于锅炉给水处理的新设备,该设备具有同步软化和除氧的功能。中试研究了Na22SO3用量、运行流速、进水硬度、催化剂用量等因素对其运行性能的影响,确定了最佳运行参数:当进水总硬度≤6 mmol/L时,无需投加催化剂,Na22SO3最小投加比kmin=1.3,控制流速25~30 m/h;当进水总硬度>;6 mmol/L时,需额外投加催化剂CoCl2 1 mg/L。经其处理后的出水硬度和溶解氧均可满足中小锅炉给水水质要求。
