大型电厂循环水无磷绿色缓蚀阻垢剂的应用

Abstract:

At present,industrial circulating cooling water treatment in China mainly uses phosphorus-based formula,which may easily cause water eutrophication. With the increasingly strict environment protection requirements,the application of phosphorus-based formula becomes more and more restricted. The green phosphorus-free scheme has been used in Fengtai Power Plant. The system can be operated under natural pH conditions with 3-4 times of concentration multiples and can also reduce the consumption of bactericidal algicide. The operation results indicate that the scheme has achieved good anti-corrosion,anti-scaling and microbial control effect,and also has had obvious environmental and economic benefits.

摘要:

目前国内工业循环冷却水处理大多采用磷系配方,易引起水体富营养化。随着环保要求的不断提高,磷系配方的应用越来越受到限制。凤台发电厂采用绿色无磷方案,使系统在自然pH条件下运行,浓缩倍数3~4倍,且可以减少杀菌灭藻剂的用量。运行结果表明,该方案达到良好的防腐蚀、阻垢和微生物控制效果,同时具有很好的环境效益和经济效益。
