Abstract:
Through technical introduction, digestion and absorption, many monosodium glutamate factories treat the highly concentrated fermented wastewater with the technology of resource recycling. Now some economic benefits have been obtained. This technology helps to solve many problems, such as the difficulty in the end of wastewater treatment, the high investment and running expenses, and the difficulty to meet the standard requirements. This article emphatically introduces the technology, establishment and operation for treating the terminal wastewater, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the treatment expenses after using the synthetic resource recycling technology.

味精生产企业采用高浓度发酵废液资源化技术治理高浓度发酵废液,取得了一定的经济效益,而且解决了末端治理难度大、投资运行费用高、又难以达标的问题。作者重点介绍了采用高浓度发酵废液资源化处理技术后末端废水的处理工艺设施及运行情况,并对采用该综合处理工艺后味精厂废水的综合处理费用进行了分析。
