聚硅酸铁镁絮凝剂制备及其脱色作用的研究

Abstract:

Polysilicate ferric magnesium flocculant(PMFS) has been prepared by introducing magnesium compound and ferric to poly-silicic acid simultaneously.It is applied to the study on the decolorization efficiency of dyeing wastewater treatment.Its flocculation capacity and stability are influenced by the concentration of SiO2,n(Si)∶ n(M),n(Fe)∶n(Mg),n(OH)∶n(M),etc.The results show that when the concentration of SiO2 is 0.2 mol/L,n(Si)∶ n(M)=1,n(Fe)∶n(Mg)=0.5,n(OH)∶n(M)=0, its decoloration capacity is obviously better than that of traditional flocculants, such as PAC,PFS,etc.

摘要:

在聚硅酸中同时引入镁盐和三价铁盐,制备出聚硅酸铁镁絮凝剂(PMFS).将其用于对染料废水的脱色研究.结果表明,其絮凝性能及稳定性受硅含量、n(Si):n(M)、n(Fe):n(Mg)以及碱用量等因素的影响,SiO2浓度为0.2mol/L、n(Si):n(M)=1、n(Fe):n(Mg)=0.5、n(OH):n(M)=0时,其脱色效果明显优于聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)等传统絮凝剂.
