Abstract:
Coagulation-air floatation-anaerobic-aerobic treatment process has been applied to the treatment of cold rolling mill wastewater containing emulsified oil. The experimental results show that the coagulant combination of PAC,PFS and CPAM have the best capacity for emulsion breaking. The optimum dosage of PAC,PFS and CPAM are 80,800, 15 mg/L respectively. The anaerobic system could remove about 70% of the COD at the optimum HRT of 48 h and COD volumetric loading of 0.5-0.6 kg/(m3·d). Sufficient alkalinity in the influent water is needed in order to keep pH at about 7.2. When DO is kept over 3.0 mg/L and HRT is over 27 h, the internal circulating contact oxidation tank in series after the anaerobic reactor achieves stable and good treatment performance. Thus,the effluent water can reach the Integrated Standard of Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978—1996).

摘要:
利用混凝气浮—UASB—生物接触氧化工艺处理含乳化油冷轧废水,结果表明高分子无机絮凝剂PAC、PFS和阳离子有机絮凝剂CPAM组合破乳效果良好,其质量浓度分别约为80、800、15 mg/L;厌氧系统低负荷运行,在HRT为48 h、COD容积负荷为0.5~0.6 kg/(m3.d)时COD去除率约为70%,进水需有足够碱度,保证进水pH约为7.2;内循环式好氧接触池串联在厌氧反应器后,DO控制在3.0 mg/L以上、HRT为27 h以上时出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的要求。
