螯合剂PADC的合成及其性能研究

Abstract:

PAM has been used as initial raw materials, the heavy metal ions chelating agent PADC are synthesized by a two-step reaction. The structure of the substance is characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The 5 mg/L Pb2+ removal capacity of PADC is investigated and the best removal conditions are obtained as follows:stirring time 8 min,pH=4,dosage of PADC=24 mg/L. Under these conditions, the maximum removal rate of Pb2+ is 95.4%.

摘要:

以聚丙烯酰胺为初始原料,通过两步反应合成了聚一烃基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(PADC)重金属离子螯合剂,用IR、1H NMR对目标物的结构进行了表征,考察了PADC对Pb2+的螯合去除能力,得到最佳螯合去除条件为:对5 mg/L的Pb2+溶液,搅拌时间8 min,体系pH=4,PADC投加质量浓度为24 mg/L,此时PADC对Pb2+的最高去除率达到95.4%。
