Study on cypermethrin pesticides wastewater degradation by coagulation pretreatment-photocatalysis process

混凝预处理-光催化降解氯氰菊酯农药废水的研究

Abstract:

The treatment effect of coagulation on cypermethrin pesticide wastewater has been studied.The study shows that the coagulation effect of FeSO4 is better than AlCl3.When the best dosage of FeSO4 solution,whose mass fraction is 10%,is 50 mL/L,and pH=8.1,the COD removal rate of the effluent could reach 57.8%.The pretreatment by coagulation could improve the sequent photocatalysis utilization rate of light.The coagulation pretreatment cooperates with TiO2 photocatalysis.When the photocatalytic reaction time is 4 h,the effluent COD is 1 099 mg/L and the total COD removal rate could reach 75.8%.

摘要:

试验了混凝工艺对氯氰菊酯农药废水的处理效果。研究表明,FeSO4的混凝效果优于AlCl3,质量分数为10%的FeSO4溶液最佳投药量为50 mL/L,反应最佳pH为8.1,出水COD去除率可达57.8%。混凝预处理可提高后续光催化反应的光利用率,混凝预处理与TiO2光催化具有协同作用,当光催化反应时间为4 h时出水COD为1 099 mg/L,COD总去除率达75.8%。
