Abstract:
The desalination project，whose treating capacity is 10 000 t/d ，GOR 9.69，and water quality TDS <5 mg/L ，in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA) has been established by using French ENTROPIE’s technology. The desalination project consists of two parts：the pretreatment plant and water desalination plant. Most of the sediment can be removed from the seawater in the pre-sedimentation reservoir and enhancing reservoir in the pretreatment plant，and is delivered to water desalinating station through the pump station.It is pressured at the booster pump station，and filtered through filter gauze. Then，some scale inhibitor is to be added，letting the seawater go to the desalination system. After the produced water having been treated by low temperature multi-efficient distillation process，it supplies heat source plants and other users.

摘要：
天津经济技术开发区采用法国ENTROPIE公司的技术建成的海水淡化项目,处理能力为1万t/d,造水比(GOR)为9.69,出水水质TDS<5 mg/L。项目由预处理厂和淡化水厂两部分组成,预处理厂通过预沉蓄水池和强化沉淀池去除海水中大部分泥沙,再通过提升泵站输送到淡化水厂站,厂站内经加压泵站加压、滤网过滤,加入阻垢剂后进入海水淡化装置;经低温多效蒸馏工艺处理后的产品水供给热源厂等用户。
