Abstract:

Aiming at the highly concentrated organic wastewater occurred in the process of methyl-benzoic acid production,based on a small scale test,anaerobic and two-stage aerobic biological treatment process has been used. When the influent CODCr is 10 900-16 000 mg/L,the treated water quality meets the requirements of the Third Class Standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge (GB 8978—1996) and obtains a better treatment effect. Engineering practice has proved that using the two-stage aerobic process for treating the wastewater from highly concentrated methyl-benzoic acid production is economical and effective.

摘要:

针对甲基苯甲酸生产过程中产生的高浓度有机废水,在实验室进行小试研究的基础上,采用厌氧—两级好氧生物处理工艺,当进水CODCr在10 900~16 000 mg/L时,处理后的水质达到国家污水综合排放三级标准要求,取得较好的处理效果。工程实践证明采用厌氧—两级好氧法处理高浓度甲基苯甲酸生产废水是一种经济有效的处理方法。
