Abstract:
A fast and accurate method for determining twelve metal elements (including Fe,Ni,V,Cu,Pb,As,ect.) in wastewater by ICP-AES simultaneously has been established to meet the needs of analyzing metal elements in wastewater discharged into the sea from Huizhou Refinery. The parameters of ICP-AES are optimized. The detection limit of each element is between 0.000 1-0.03 mg/L,standard curve correlation coefficient≥0.999,recovery rates are in the range 97.3% to106.6% and RSD<3%. The results are satisfactory.

摘要:
为了满足惠州炼油厂排海污水中金属元素分析的需要,建立了快速而准确地测定排海污水中金属元素的方法。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定排海污水中Fe、Ni、V、Cu、Pb和As等12种元素,优化了ICP仪器工作参数。结果表明:各元素的方法检出限在0.000 1~0.03 mg/L,标准曲线相关系数均≥0.999,加标回收率97.3%~106.6%,RSD;3%,结果令人满意。
