乳状液膜萃取-催化氧化-混凝法处理H酸废水工艺研究

Abstract:

A combined process of liquid membrane extraction-catalytic oxidation-coagulation has been used for treating H acid wastewater which COD is 20 000 mg/L. The effects of the optimum formula of liquid membrane separation,and Fenton oxidation technical conditions on the COD removal rate of H acid wastewater are investigated. Experimental results show that the COD removal rate is only 82.2%,when the liquid membrane extraction is used singly. The total COD removal rate can be as high as 99.6%,after the wastewater is treated by the combined process.The final effluent of COD is 85 mg/L,reaching the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge (GB 8978-1996).

摘要:

采用液膜萃取-催化氧化-混凝联合工艺处理H 酸废水(COD 为20 000 mg/L),探讨了液膜分离最佳配方、Fenton 氧化工艺条件对COD 去除率的影响。结果表明:单独采用液膜萃取时,COD 去除率仅为82.2%;采用联合工艺处理后,COD 总去除率达99.6%,最终出水的COD 为85 mg/L,达到污水综合排放标准GB 8978-1996 的一级标准要求。
