Experimental study on the reclaimed water reuse of petrochemical wastewater

Abstract:

Aiming at the effluent water quality in the wastewater treatment plant of a petrochemical enterprise,the frequent transform electrode electrodialysis equipment has been used for its advanced treatment,so as to reach the make-up water standard of circulating water. The pilot scale tests show that the removing rates of total hardness,chloride ion and conductivity can reach 93.1%,93.8% and 84.6% respectively. Using this process,the effluent total hardness is 27.4 mg/L,chloride ion is 28.4 mg/L,conductivity is 302.9 μS/cm,completely in accordance with the make-up water standard of circulating water. The economic analysis shows that the running cost of electrodialysis is only CNY 0.55/m3,which is much less than the price of tap water. It indicates that the wastewater reuse has pretty good economic advantages.

摘要:

针对某石化企业污水处理厂出水水质,采用频繁倒极式电渗析设备对其进行深度处理,以达到循环水补水标准。中试实验结果显示:该工艺对所排放污水的总硬度、氯离子和电导率的去除率分别可达93.1%、93.8%和84.6%,出水总硬度、氯离子和电导率分别仅为27.4、28.4 mg/L和302.9μS/cm,完全符合循环水补水水质标准。经济分析显示:电渗析系统的运行成本仅为0.55元/m3,远小于自来水价格,说明污水回用有很好的经济优势。
