Application of integrated membrane techniques to the preparation of boiler feed water in thermal power plants

全膜法水处理技术制备火力发电厂锅炉补给水的应用

Abstract:

Based on the application of water treatment by integrated membrane techniques(ultra-filtration+reverse osmosis +electro-deionization) to Shangdu Thermal Power Plant,the controlling characteristics of each processing unit for preparing boiler feed water by integrated membrane techniques are introduced,and the actual problems encountered in each operational unit and their improvement measures are summarized.The results reveal that the water treatment system by integrated membrane technique has operational reliability,its management is convenient,and the water quality of yielded water(conductivity<0.06 μS/cm,SiO2<5 μg/L,and hardness=0) meets the requirements of the boiler feed water in power plants.

摘要:

通过全膜法水处理技术(超滤+二级反渗透+电去离子)在上都火力发电厂的应用实践,介绍了全膜法水处理技术制备锅炉补给水工艺中各处理单元的控制特点,总结了各单元运行中遇到的实际问题和改进措施。运行结果表明,全膜法水处理系统运行可靠,管理方便,产水水质(电导率 < 0.06μS/cm,SiO2 >5μg/L,硬度为0)满足电厂锅炉补给水的要求。
