Abstract:

The first-stage design of the wastewater treatment plant in an industrial park, from where textile and chemical fiber wastewaters are mainly discharged, has been accomplished. According to the poor biochemical characteristic of the wastewater, and the requirements of the water index for reaching the First Grade of the Effluent Discharge Standard(GB 18918—2002), the main treatment process, hydrolysis acidification+A2/O+filtration+ozonation is used in this project. At the same time, the accident tank is established for lowering the impact occurred when the influent water quality changes are too big on the biochemical system. The design parameters and equipment configuration of every process monomer in the wastewater treatment plant are introduced emphatically, and the design details of the wastewater are summarized.

摘要:

对某工业园区的一家以处理纺织化纤废水为主的污水厂进行了一期设计。针对该废水生化性差的特点及出水指标达到GB 18918—2002一级A标准的要求, 该工程采用了水解酸化+A2/O+过滤+臭氧氧化的主处理工艺, 同时设置了事故池来降低进水水质变化大时对生化系统的冲击。着重介绍了污水处理厂各工艺单体的设计参数和设备配置, 并对该类废水在设计中体现的细节进行了总结。
