Abstract:
Aiming at different kinds of make-up water in Tianjin Petrochemical Co., some low-phosphorus and phosphorus-free agents have been evaluated in laboratory. By ways of static scale inhibition test, electrochemical test, and rotary coupon test, the stability and corrosion and scale inhibiting capacity of different kinds of agents are investiga-ted, so as to provide reliable technical base for pilot scale tests and field application. A kind of scale and corrosion inhibitor which can meet the requirements of pollutant discharge standards can be chosen. Furthermore, certain technical storage which can guarantee its production requirements has been made.

摘要:
针对天津石化公司不同补水,对部分厂家的低磷和无磷药剂进行了实验室评价,通过静态阻垢、电化学测试、旋转挂片的方法,考察了不同药剂的稳定性和缓蚀阻垢性能,以为中试试验和现场应用提供可靠的技术依据。该项研究为初步筛选出即符合排污标准,又能保证生产要求的阻垢缓蚀药剂做了一定的技术储备。
