Abstract:
The ABR+biological contact oxidation process has been applied to the treatment of dairy wastewater. When the influent COD is 800-3 500 mg/L,BOD5 is about 600-2 100 mg/L,SS≤500 mg/L,and animal fats and vegetable oils≤500 mg/L,the treated effluent COD keeps at 44-62 mg/L,BOD5 at 8.2-11 mg/L,SS at 14-20 mg/L,and animal fats and vegetable oils≤10 mg/L,reaching the water quality requirements of the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). The project operation practice shows that the system runs steadily and has high treatment efficiency,obtaining great economic and environmental benefits.

摘要:
采用ABR(厌氧折板反应器)+生物接触氧化组合工艺对乳业废水进行处理,当进水COD约为800~3 500 mg/L、BOD5约为600~2 100 mg/L、SS≤500 mg/L、动植物油≤500 mg/L时,经该工艺处理后出水COD稳定在44~62 mg/L、BOD5稳定在8.2~11 mg/L、SS稳定在14~20 mg/L、动植物油脂≤10 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准的要求。工程运行实践表明,该系统运行稳定,处理效率高,具有良好的经济效益与环境效益。
