Abstract:
Aiming at the cotton pulp black liquor drainage,intermediate-section drainage and viscose acid drainage in a fiber factory,water treatment effects have been studied. Electro-chemical tests,coagulation and sedimentation tests,as well as biochemical tests have mainly been carried out. The treatment results from treating single black liquor,mixture of black liquor and viscose acidic water,and mixture of the three kinds of liquors have been obtained,respectively. The results show that the optimal water treatment technology can be obtained through analyzing the test results and considering the actual treatment costs. The technology is mixing the three kinds of wastewaters according to proper proportion, and,then,using the combined process hydrolytic acidification+aerobic+subsurface constructed wetland as the main process. Thus,the discharge standard of cotton pulp black liquor wastewater treatment can be reached.

摘要: 针对纤维厂棉浆粕黑液、中段水以及黏胶酸性排水做了水处理效果研究。主要进行了电化学试验、混凝沉淀试验以及生化处理的试验,并分别获得单独处理黑液、黑液和黏胶废水混合液以及三种废水混合液的处理结果。通过试验结果分析,并考虑实际处理成本,可得出最优水处理工艺,即将三种废水按照一定比例混合通过物化处理后进入以水解酸化+好氧+潜流式人工湿地为组合方式的主体工艺,可实现对棉浆粕废水处理的达标排放。
