Study on the flocculation effect of low turbidity oil production wastewater improved by return sludge

污泥回流提高低浊度采油污水絮凝效果研究

Abstract: The method of return sludge has been used for increasing the turbidity of wastewater,so as to improve the flocculation effect and settling velocity of the low-turbidity oil production wastewater. The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows:the return sludge amount of the low-turbidity oil production wastewater in an oil production plant in Yanchang Oilfield is 20 mL/L,dosage of polyaluminium chloride 20 mg/L,dosage of PAM 0.7 mg/L,and dosing interval 10 s. Two third of the flocculation-settling time of oil production sludge is shortened,compared with that without return sludge,the oil content can be reduced from 72.8 mg/L to 2.4 mg/L,and suspended solid content can be reduced from 28.6 mg/L to 8.3 mg/L,the effect of flocculation-settling is good.

摘要: 采用污泥回流增加污水浊度的方法提高低浊度采油污水絮凝效果和沉降速度。实验结果表明:延长油田某采油厂低浊度采油污水在污泥回流量为20 mL/L、聚合氯化铝投加量为20 mg/L、聚丙烯酰胺投加量为0.7 mg/L、加药时间间隔为10 s条件下,采油污水絮凝沉降时间比没有污泥回流絮凝沉降时间缩短2/3以上,采油污水中含油量由72.8 mg/L降至2.4 mg/L,固体悬浮物由28.6 mg/L降至8.3 mg/L,絮凝沉降处理效果良好。
