Study on landfill leachate advanced treatment by sludge activated carbon

污泥基活性炭深度处理垃圾渗滤液的研究

Abstract:

With municipal sludge as main raw material, adding a little corn straw, a sludge activated carbon(SAC)was prepared by a physicochemical process. The best quality incorporation ratio of corn straw was 10% through phenetic analysis on SAC. Dynamic adsorption results showed that landfill leachate advanced treatment by SAC was good. Material balance and energy balance results indicated that the SAC preparation process produced more energy than the heating needed. Scale production can be done without consuming external energy in theory.

摘要:

以市政污泥为主要原料,掺加少量玉米秸秆,采用化学活化与高温热解的方式制取污泥基活性炭,通过对活性炭表征分析得出秸秆最佳质量掺合比为10%,对垃圾渗滤液尾液动态吸附结果表明污泥基活性炭深度处理效果良好。物料平衡与能量衡算结果显示:污泥热解制备活性炭过程中产生的能量大于外界加热所需能量,理论上可在不消耗外界能量下进行规模化生产。
