Abstract:

According to the characteristic analysis on the wastewater from Suzhou Biotechnology Co.,Ltd. as high organic substance concentration and good biodegradability,the internal circulation anaerobic reactor(IC)+A/O combined process has been used for its treatment. After the system running stably,the concentrations of COD,BOD and SS in effluent could reach the first level standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996). The combined process has advantages,such as running stability,high degree of automation,good treatment effect,and low operating cost.

摘要:

针对苏州某生物科技有限公司生产的谷物蛋白废水有机物浓度较高、可生化性能好的特点,选择内循环厌氧反应器(IC)-A/O工艺对其进行处理,经调试运行,出水COD、氨氮、SS达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。该组合工艺运行稳定,自动化程度高,处理效果好,运行费用低。
