Abstract:

The treatment process combining multi-medium filter-UF-RO has been applied to the pilot research on the advanced recycling treatment of anaerobic-aerobic-coagulation air flotation effluent in a biological agent plant. The experimental results show that under the condition of influent water quality being tested,it is ensured that the system can be operated stably with the PVDF external pressure ultrafiltration membrane and dow antipollution RO membrane. The SDI of ultrafiltration system yielding water is less than 3,and RO desalination rate 97.5%. All of the yielding water indexes can meet the requirements for water quality of cooling tower make-up water. The designed daily water yield of the project is 600 m3,investment needed CNY3,000,000.00,cost-saving CNY1,280,000.00 per year,and the period of investment return 2.34 a.

摘要:

采用多介质过滤-超滤-反渗透的处理工艺,对某生物制剂厂的厌氧-好氧-混凝气浮出水进行了深度回用处理中试研究.试验结果表明,在试验进水水质条件下,采用PVDF外压超滤膜和陶氏抗污染反渗透膜,可保证系统稳定运行;超滤系统产水SDI <3,反渗透脱盐率为97.5%,各项产水指标均满足冷却塔补水水质要求.工程项目设计日产水量600 m3,投资300万元,年节约费用128万元,投资回报期为2.34 a.
