某针状焦石化废水处理工程实例

Abstract:

Needle-shaped coke petrochemical wastewater has been treated by the oil removal-floatation-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-biological contact oxidation-BAF-ClO2 oxidation-filtration process. The engineering practice shows that the process is targeted,it has high operation stability,good treatment effects,low running costs and easy maintenance. The treated water can reach the discharge standards in key protection zones specified in the Comprehensive Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants along the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Shandong Province(DB 37/599-2006).

摘要:

采用隔油-气浮-水解酸化-A/O-生物接触氧化-BAF-ClO2氧化-过滤工艺处理针状焦石化废水。工程实践运行表明:该处理工艺具有针对性,运行稳定性高、处理效果好、运行费用低、维护管理简单,处理后出水可达到《山东省南水北调沿线水污染物综合排放标准》(DB 37/599-2006)重点保护区排放标准。
