Abstract:
Domestic sewage on offshore platforms can be classified into graywater and blackwater. MBR device has been used for treating the blackwater whose best conditions are as follows:MLSS is 7 000 mg/L,DO 2-4 mg/L,temperature 20-25℃,HRT 12 h,the proportion of fresh water added is 60%,the average electrical conductivity of mixed liquid 16 000 μS/cm. By biological treatment,the system final effluent COD are 336 mg/L and 208 mg/L respectively,the biological removing rate and the system final effluent removing rate are 79% and 87% respectively. ECO device has been used for treating the graywater,whose best conditions are as follows:the plate clearance is 2 cm,electric current 52 A,the proportion of seawater added 50%,electrolysis time 2 h,and power consumption per ton of water 3.6 kW·h. Adding 1.57-15.69 mg/L of NaHSO3 to the mixed effluent water,the COD is 110 mg/L,SS 0.5 mg/L,residual chlorine not detected,Escherichia coli value 4/100g,pH 7.3,BOD5 6 mg/L,and the whole process operation cost CNY67.96 per day. The effluent water can meet the requirements for the discharge standard specified in IMO.MEPC227(64).

摘要:
海上平台生活污水分为灰水与黑水,利用MBR装置处理黑水,其最佳条件:MLSS为7000 mg/L,DO为2~4 mg/L,温度为20~25℃,HRT为12 h,淡水加入比例为60%,混合液平均电导率为16000μS/cm,生物处理出水、系统最终出水COD分别为336、208 mg/L,生物去除率和系统去除率分别为79%、87%;利用ECO装置处理灰水,其最佳条件:极板间距2 cm,电流为52 A,海水添加比例为50%,电解时间为2 h,吨水电耗为3.6 kW·h。出水混合后添加1.57~15.69 mg/L NaHSO3,COD为110 mg/L,SS为0.5 mg/L,余氯未检出,大肠杆菌为4个/100 g,pH为7.3,BOD5为6 mg/L,整套工艺运行费用为67.96元/d,出水能够达到IMO.MEPC227(64)规定排放标准要求。
