Research on the pretreatment system of the ammonia nitrogen online monitor

氨氮在线监测仪预处理系统研究

Abstract: A new set of ammonia nitrogen water quality online monitor has been tried to design and research,based on the Water quality—Determination of ammonia nitrogen—Distillation-neutralization titration(HJ 537—2009). Aiming at some technical problems existed in the water sample pretreatment system,corresponding solution projects have been proposed,and experimental verification conducted. The results show that the errors induced by the sampling unit of water sample pretreatment system are less than 0.5%,and the errors induced by the distillation unit are less than 0.2 mg/L when detected at low concentration,and are less than 1.5% when detected at high concentration.

摘要: 以《水质氨氮的测定蒸馏-中和滴定法》(HJ 537—2009)为基础,拟研发1套新型氨氮水质在线监测仪。针对水样预处理系统中存在的若干技术难题,提出了相应的技术解决方案,并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,水样预处理系统取样单元引入的误差小于0.5%,蒸馏单元引入的误差在低浓度检测时小于0.2 mg/L,高浓度检测时小于1.5%。
