改性聚环氧琥珀酸的合成及其阻垢缓蚀机理研究

Abstract: Maleic anhydride as the main raw material has been used for the preparation of polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA). Then,by means of modifying PESA,a kind of green scale & corrosion inhibitor with higher price-performance ratio,modified polyepoxysuccinic acid(CSN-PESA),has been prepared. Compared with PESA,the scale inhibiting rates of calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate by CSN-PESA have been increased by 6% and 20.1%,respectively,the corrosion inhibiting rate increased by 20.2%,and the costs decreased by 5%. When the Ca2+ in circulating water is less than or equal to 350 mg/L,the scale inhibiting effect of CSN-PESA is the best.

摘要: 以马来酸酐为主要原料制得聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA),再对PESA进行改性,制得一种性价比更高的绿色阻垢缓蚀剂改性聚环氧琥珀酸(CSN-PESA)。与PESA相比,CSN-PESA对碳酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢的阻垢率分别提高了6%和20.1%,缓蚀率提高了20.2%,成本下降5%。当循环冷却水中的Ca2+≤ 350 mg/L时,CSN-PESA的阻垢效果最好。
