Abstract:
The FIA-on-line ion exchange pre-enrichment-spectrophotometric method and system for the determination of trace chloride in industrial water have been developed,and the optimal experiment conditions of the method determined. The mass concentration of chloride standard solution is in the range of 1.0-50 μg/L. The determined standard curve linear regression coefficient is >0.999,the RSD is <5.0%,and lower detection limit is 0.5 μg/L. Compared with ion chromatography,when the mass concentration of trace chloride in the water sample is ≥10 μg/L,the relative error is <10%,but when the mass concentration of chloride ions in the water sample is <10 μg/L,the relative error is <20%. The method is characterized by suitable for laboratory analysis and detection of trace chloride in water samples,convenient operation,and easy to be implemented online.

摘要:
建立了工业水中痕量氯离子的流动注射(FIA)-在线离子交换预富集-分光光度测定法及系统,确定了该方法的最优实验条件。氯离子标准溶液质量浓度在1.0~50 μg/L范围内,测定的标准曲线线性回归系数>0.999,相对标准偏差<5.0%,检出下限为0.5 μg/L。与离子色谱法相比,当水样中痕量氯离子质量浓度≥10 μg/L时,相对误差<10%;当水样中痕量氯离子质量浓度<10 μg/L时,相对误差<20%,适用于水中痕量氯离子的实验室分析检测,操作方便,易于实现在线化。
