Internal circulating biological aerated filter-ultrafiltration process for the treatment of alkali surfactant polymer flooding oil recovery wastewater

内循环曝气生物滤池-超滤工艺处理三元驱采油废水

Abstract: The combined process, three-stage internal circulating biological aerated filter (BAF)-ultrafiltration, has been used for treating ASP flooding oil recovery wastewater. The influences of bio-membrane distribution characteristics in BAF, and gas/water ratio on the pollutant removal by the three-stage internal circulating BAF, and the treatment effect of the combined process on ASP flooding oil recovery wastewater are researched. The results show that under optimized conditions, and after the wastewater has been treated by the combined process, the removing rates of COD and PAM could reach 90%, viscosity is reduced to 1 mPa·s, and all the effluent indexes meet the requirements for the water quality standard of permeable layer injection water, specified in SYT 5329-2012.

摘要: 采用三级内循环曝气生物滤池(BAF)-超滤联合工艺处理三元驱采油废水,研究了生物膜在BAF的分布特性,气水比对三级内循环BAF去除污染物的影响及联合工艺对三元驱采油废水的处理效果。结果表明,在优化的工艺条件下,经联合工艺处理后,废水COD和PAM的去除率均能达到90%,黏度降至1 mPa·s,出水各项指标符合SYT 5329—2012中渗透层注水水质标准要求。
