Abstract:
Aiming at the water quality characteristics of the comprehensive wastewater from machinery manufacturing,a heavy-duty machinery group in China has fully utilized their superiority in A/O process for efficient denitrification ability,and the postpositive BAF process for effluent water quality stability. The A/O+BAF combined process has successfully been applied to the treatment of comprehensive wastewater of machinery manufacturing. The biological contact oxidation process should be used in Section A/O,so as to reduce sludge production,and lower the running costs of the enterprise to a large extent.

摘要: 国内某重型机械集团针对机械制造综合污水水质特点,充分利用A/O法高效脱氮能力和后置BAF法出水水质稳定的优势,成功地将“A/O+BAF”组合工艺应用于该企业综合污水处理中。A/O段采用生物接触氧化工艺,减少了工艺产泥量,最大限度地降低了企业运营费用。
