Research on the method of industrialized preservation of the phenol degrading bacteria

降酚菌剂工业化保藏方法研究

Abstract: Solid preservation,liquid preservation,and freezing-drying preservation have been used for the preservation of phenol degrading bacteria,and their phenol degrading ability and strain viability compared after preserved for three months,six months,and twelve months. The results show that solid preservation is relatively suitable for industrialized preservation method. The solid preservation method is optimized in four aspects,including the varieties of filter aids,the varieties of mixed adsorbents,the dosages of mixed adsorbents and the dosage of protective agent. Based on simulating the preparation process of industrialized microorganism agent,the preparation of two tons of fermentation produced solid phenol degrading bacteria has been accomplished,and the feasibility of the optimized solid preservation method further inspected and verified.

摘要: 采用固体保藏、液体保藏、冷冻干燥保藏3种方法保藏降酚菌剂,比较了其保藏3、6、12个月后的降酚能力和菌株存活情况。结果显示,固体保藏方法较适用于工业化保藏。从助滤剂种类、混合吸附剂种类、混合吸附剂添加量、保护剂添加量4个方面对固体保藏方法进行了优化。模拟工业化菌剂制备工艺,完成了2 t发酵生产降酚固体菌剂的制备,进一步验证了优化后的固体保藏方法的可行性。
