Abstract:
The tests on the application of sulfurous acid in waste acid and SO2 in flue gas to the removal of arsenic from waste acid,using iron-carbon bed as carriers has been accomplished. Test results show that under the optimum iron carbon ratio condition 1:1,the presence of sulfurous acid in waste acid is not enough to completely precipitate arsenic in the waste acid,i.e. only about 40% of arsenic could be removed. Either adding Na2SO3 or inletting SO2 gas into the waste acid can effectively improve the removing rate of arsenic. In comparison,the inlet of SO2 gas is better than the addition of Na2SO3. The optimum reaction time and reaction temperature of the waste acid in the iron-carbon bed are 2-5 h and 0-60℃,respectively.

摘要: 进行了以铁碳床为载体,利用污酸中的亚硫酸及烟气中SO2去除污酸中砷的试验。试验结果表明,在最佳铁碳比1∶1条件下,污酸中存在的亚硫酸不足以完全沉淀污酸中的砷,只能去除约40%的砷;在污酸中补加Na2SO3或通入SO2气体都能有效地提高砷的去除率,相较而言,补充SO2气体要优于补加Na2SO3;污酸在铁碳床中的适宜反应时间及反应温度分别为2~5 h及0~60℃。
