Abstract:
The effects of BSA under different conditions,such as pH,ionic strength and Ca2+ concentration on the poll-ution characteristics of reverse osmosis membranes have been researched. The results show that the influencing degr-ees of pH on membrane pollution are sequenced as follows:4.7 > 4 > 3 > 6 > 10. When the ionic strength is 1 mmol/L and 2 mmol/L,the influence on reverse osmosis membrane pollution is comparatively small,but when the ionic strength is 10 mmol/L,20 mmol/L,and 60 mmol/L,the membrane pollution will significantly be accelerated. When the pH of BSA solution is 6,the presence of Ca2+ accelerates the membrane pollution. On the contrary,when the pH is 4,the presence of Ca2+ slows down the membrane pollution. In the presence of Ca2+,the desalination rate of the polluted membrane is significantly reduced.

摘要: 研究了不同pH、离子强度、Ca2+浓度条件下,牛血清蛋白质(BSA)对反渗透膜的污染情况。结果表明,pH对膜污染的影响大小依次为4.7 > 4 > 3 > 6 > 10。离子强度为1、2 mmol/L时对反渗透膜污染的影响均较小,而离子强度为10、20、60 mmol/L时会显著加速膜污染。当BSA溶液pH为6时,Ca2+的存在加重了膜污染;pH为4时,Ca2+反而减缓了膜污染。Ca2+存在时,污染膜的脱盐率显著降低。
