Denitrification influences of nitrogen loading under salinity condition on the ANAMMOX-EGSB reactor

盐度条件下氮负荷对ANAMMOX-EGSB的脱氮影响

Abstract: The denitrification influences of nitrogen loading under salinity condition on ANAMMOX-EGSB reactor have been investigated. The results show that when the reactor is under 18 g/L of salinity and the influent nitrogen loading rate(NLR) is less than 2.26 kg/(m3·d),the increase of NLR does not have obvious influence on denitrification capability. When the NLR is increased to 2.74 kg/(m3·d),the water quality of effluent of the reactor is worsened,and the removing rates of ammonium,nitrite and TN are all reduced to 30%. The NLR bearing capacity of the reactor is weakened under salinity condition,and the salinity could prolong the recovering time of reactor performances. The analysis on the micro-flora structures shows that most bacteria are Planctomycetes at the level of phylum and Candi-datus Jettenia at the level of genus.

摘要: 考察了盐度条件下氮负荷(NLR)对ANAMMOX-EGSB的脱氮影响。结果表明,18 g/L盐度条件下,当进水NLR低于2.26 kg/(m3·d)时,NLR提升对反应器的脱氮性能影响不大;当NLR提升至2.74 kg/(m3·d)时,反应器出水水质恶化,氨氮、亚硝氮及总氮去除率均降至30%以下。盐度条件下,反应器对NLR的承载能力减弱,且盐度会致使反应器的性能恢复时间延长。微生物群落结构分析表明,反应器中的细菌在门水平上主要为Planctomycetes门,在属水平上主要为Candidatus Jettenia属。
