强化混凝法去除腈纶废水中COD的机理研究

Abstract: The research on the enhanced coagulation method for the removal of COD from acrylic fiber wastewater has been implemented. The results show that iron-carbon micro-electrolysis pre-oxidization can improve the coagula-tion treatment effect. It is found through molecular mass distribution,Zeta potential and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum determination that the oxidation effect of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis can cause macro-molecular organic substances to be degraded into micro-molecular organic substances and the mineralization of micro-molecular organic substances. Therefore,molecular mass >50 ku and <3 ku of the removal rate of organic substances is improved. The micro-electrolysis produced Fe2+ has electrical neutralization effect,making Zeta potential lowered and coagulation effect enhanced. The oxidation effect of micro-electrolysis can mainly destroy the structures of esters and ethers.

摘要: 进行了强化混凝法去除腈纶废水中COD的研究。结果表明,铁碳微电解预氧化可提高混凝处理效果。通过对分子质量分布、Zeta电位及核磁共振波谱的测定发现,铁碳微电解的氧化作用可导致大分子有机物降解为小分子有机物,小分子有机物矿化,因此提高了分子质量>50 ku和<3 ku的有机物去除率;微电解产生的Fe2+有电性中和作用,使Zeta电位降低,强化混凝效果;微电解的氧化作用主要破坏酯类和醚类结构。
