Abstract:
Through experiments,such as bottle tests,compatibility tests and on-site application,the compatibility of the reverse-phase demulsifier TS-F7601 with the chemical agents used in Caofeidian on the spot,as well as the puri-fication performance in the treatment of oilfield wastewater,has been researched, and the applied concentration of TS-F7601 determined. The experimental results show that the emulsion demulsifier TS-F7601 has good demulsifi-cation performance. When the injection concentration is 52-54 mg/L,it can immediately ensure that the injected wa-ter quality meets the on-site technical requirements.

摘要: 通过瓶试、配伍性试验、现场应用等试验,研究了反相破乳剂TS-F7601与曹妃甸现场在用药剂的配伍性以及在采油污水处理中的净化性能,确定了TS-F7601的使用浓度。试验结果表明:反相破乳剂TS-F7601破乳性能良好,当投加质量浓度为52~54 mg/L时即可保证处理后出水达到回注水水质要求。
