Abstract:
Nanorod-shaped titanium dioxide photocatalysts have been prepared by the solvothermal method,characterized by a variety of instruments,and their photocatalytic capabilities for the degradation of methyl blue investigated. The results show that under the constant circumstance that the mass ratio of substances of the anionic and cationic surfactants is always 1:1,and when the total weight of both substances in the reaction liquid is increased,the average values of length,diameter and length-diameter ratio of the titanium dioxide nanorods are changed in the ranges of 44.5 nm to 60 nm,14.3 nm to 16.8 nm and 3.0 to 3.4,respectively,the crystallinity improved and the photocatalytic degradation capability raised. After irradiated under UV light for 40 min,Sample TiO2-100 could achieve the complete decolorization of methyl blue,and the degradation efficiency is 99%.

摘要: 采用溶剂热法制备了纳米棒状的TiO2光催化剂。利用多种测试技术对其进行表征,并考察了其光催化降解甲基蓝的性能。结果表明:在阴、阳离子表面活性剂物质的量比为1:1不变的情况下,当反应液中两者总物质的量增加时,TiO2纳米棒的长度、直径和长径比的平均值分别在44.5~60 nm、14.3~16.8 nm和3.0~3.4范围内变化,且结晶性改善、光催化降解性能提高。在紫外光照射40 min后,TiO2-100样品可以实现对甲基蓝的完全脱色,降解效率达99%。
