Abstract:
The design, modification measures and operation of the upgrading and reconstruction project of the Shanghai Tianshan Water Purification Plant were introduced. The project was designed to use a modified two-stage activated sludge process. The running results showed that the removal rates of COD, BOD5, NH4+-N, TN, SS and TP in the modified process were stable at 87.8%-90.7%, 93.2%-94.7%, 91.3%-96.9%, 64.2%-78.8%, 91.7%-93.5% and 78.0%-86.4%, respectively. After the reconstruction, the effluent quality indicators were significantly lower, which were superior to the first-level A criteria, specified in the Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002), except for TP. The modified process exhibits a stable and effective operation and has high resistance to shock loading.

介绍了上海天山水质净化厂升级改造工程的设计、改造措施及运行情况。该污水处理厂改造工程设计采用改良型两段活性污泥工艺。实际运行结果表明,改良后的污水处理工艺对污水中COD、BOD5、NH4+-N、TN、SS和TP的去除率分别稳定维持在87.8%~90.7%、93.2%~94.7%、91.3%~96.9%、64.2%~78.8%、91.7%~93.5%和78.0%~86.4%,各项出水水质指标相较改造前都明显降低,除TP外,其余各项水质指标均优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级A标准。工艺运行稳定高效、抗冲击负荷能力强。
