Abstract:
The water-soluble adhesive production wastewater is characterized as high organic matter content, large fluctuation in water quality and difficult biodegradability. This study is aimed to efficiently treat this wastewater by a combined process of Fenton oxidation, coagulation and sedimentation, upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor and biological filter. The operation results show that the system runs steadily with the effluent COD, NH3-N and SS less than 500 mg/L, 25 mg/L and 400 mg/L, respectively. The treated effluent meets Ⅲ-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). The removal rates of COD, NH3-N and SS are 93.6%, 56.9%, 89.5%, respectively, and the cost of process treatment is 6.8 yuan/m3.

摘要:
针对水溶性胶黏剂生产废水有机物含量较高、水质波动大、难生物降解等特点,采用Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀+UASB+生物滤池的组合工艺对其进行处理。运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,出水COD ≤ 500 mg/L,氨氮≤ 25 mg/L,SS ≤ 400 mg/L,处理出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的三级标准,COD、氨氮、SS去除率分别为93.6%、56.9%、89.5%,工艺处理成本为6.8元/m3。
