Abstract:
A new type of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis material is prepared by the roasting method, with iron powder, activated carbon and copper oxide as raw materials, bentonite as binder and a small amount of additives. Then it is used to treat Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution. The results show that when the mass ratio of iron to carbon is 2:1, the mass ratio of iron to copper oxide is 6:1, the mass fraction of bentonite is 20%, the mass fraction of ammonium carbonate is 0.5%, the roasting temperature is 400℃, and the roasting time is 1.0 h, the prepared iron-carbon micro-electrolysis material has the best performance, and the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution reaches 81.64%. The removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) can be improved obviously by adding copper oxide to the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis material.

以铁粉、活性炭、氧化铜为原料,膨润土为黏结剂,并加入少量添加剂,通过焙烧制得新型铁碳微电解材料,并用其处理水中Cr(Ⅵ)。结果表明,当铁碳质量比为2:1,铁与氧化铜质量比为6:1,膨润土质量分数为20%,碳酸铵质量分数为0.5%,焙烧温度为400℃,焙烧时间为1.0 h时,制备的铁碳微电解材料性能最佳,其对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达到81.64%。在铁碳微电解材料中加入氧化铜能明显提高Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率。
