Operation regulation mode and energy consumption analysis for reverse osmosis system

反渗透系统的运行调节及其能耗分析

Abstract:

This study was based on the operating characteristics of the AC asynchronous motor, multistage centrifugal pump and reverse osmosis (RO) membrane system. The characteristics of three operation regulation modes(reflux regulation, closure regulation and frequency regulation) for specific RO systems were defined under conditions of constant flux and constant recovery. The energy consumption levels of three operation regulation modes were analyzed. It was proved that the frequency conversion speed regulation mode was the most energy-saving operation regulation mode for the RO system.

摘要:

以交流异步电机、多级离心水泵及反渗透膜系统的运行特性为基础,明确了特定反渗透系统在恒通量及恒收率的运行条件下,回流调节、截流调节与变频调速3种系统运行调节方式的特点;分析了3种运行调节方式各自的能耗水平,论证了变频调速方式是反渗透系统最为节能的运行调节方式。
