Reuse of desulphurization wastewater after regeneration for the recirculating cooling seawater system

脱硫废水再生回用于海水循环冷却系统的试验研究

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption and operation cost in the evaporation crystallization treatment of desulfurized wastewater, the experimental study was carried out on the reuse of desulfurized wastewater after regeneration treatment through the water quality characteristics analyses, the water quality stability control and simulated evaporation salt production. The results showed that the qualities of desulfurized wastewater after regeneration treatment could meet the requirements of make-up water for the recirculating cooling seawater system(RCSS). When the reclaimed water was added into the RCSS, the corrosion and scaling problems of the system could be effectively controlled. And the crystallized salt obtained from the circulatory drainage met the standard of the first grade of insolation industry salt in GB/T 5462-2003.

摘要:

针对脱硫废水蒸发结晶处理能耗大、成本高的问题,通过水质特征分析,水质稳定性控制研究,以及模拟蒸发制盐试验,开展了脱硫废水经再生处理后回用于海水循环冷却系统的试验研究。结果表明:通过再生处理的脱硫废水,能够用于海水循环冷却系统的补水;引入再生脱硫废水对海水循环冷却系统腐蚀、结垢的影响可以得到有效控制;且循环系统排水制得的结晶盐的化学组成满足GB/T 5462—2003中日晒工业盐一级品的标准。
