Abstract:
Aiming at the scheduling control of lift pump unit in the CASS sewage treatment process, three cooperative control methods were introduced according to different occasions. Considering the working conditions of the controlled object and the actuator, the third control method comprehensively decomposed the scheduling problem into the problem of pump input priority and the number of pump inputs. Combined with the pump voltage error, cumulative working time, continuous working time and other status information, the pump fault evaluation index was introduced to determine the priority of the pump. According to the level of the reaction tank, the number of pump input was determined and the evaluation index was designed. Experiments showed that the control scheme could effectively solve the scheduling problem of the lifting pump set, extended the life of the equipment, and reduce the failure rate.

摘要:
针对CASS污水处理工艺中提升泵组的调度控制问题,根据不同场合设计了三种协同控制方法。综合考虑被控对象和执行器的工况,第三种控制方法将调度问题分解为泵的投入优先级问题和投入数量问题。结合泵的电压误差、累计以及连续工作时间等状态信息,引入故障评价指标以确定泵的优先级;根据反应池液位划分等级,确定泵的投入数量并设计评价指标。经实验表明,控制方案能有效解决提升泵组调度问题,延长设备寿命,降低故障率。
