南方某工业区废水处理现状分析及对策研究

Abstract:

171 enterprises in an industrial park of a southern city were investigated, including production wastewater classification, production amount calculation, pollutant type, enterprise treatment capacity, treatment cost and so on. The treatment problems faced by enterprises and the difficulties of water supervision were also analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that the pickling wastewater and cleaning wastewater generated a large amount, which were 6 580 t/d(53%) and 4 011 t/d(32.3%), and the rest were around 300 t/d. Most companies had excess wastewater treatment capacity. In the long run, the increase production capacity of enterprises would lead reduce the excess treatment capacity. Thus the wastewater from small enterprises can be concentrated, and process by using the excess treatment capacity of large enterprises to control pollution, reduce costs and generate economic benefits, and build a wastewater operation and maintenance platform for coordinated management and control.

摘要:

对南方某工业区内171家企业进行调研,将其生产废水进行分类,统计产生量、污染物类型、企业处理能力、处理成本等,分析目前企业面临的处理难题及水务监管的困境,提出相应的解决对策。结果表明:产生量较大的是酸洗废水及清洗废水,分别为6 580 t/d(53%)和4 011 t/d(32.3%),其余均在300 t/d左右。多数企业废水处理能力过剩,远期来看企业产能提升,处理能力余量减小。因此可以通过将小企业废水集中,利用大企业过剩的处理能力治污,降低成本同时产生经济效益,搭建废水运维平台进行协调管控。
