Abstract:
According to the characteristics of high variation of water quality,high concentration and good biodegradability,the main process of a certain 40 000 m3/d wastewater with improved Bardenpho+BAF+Flocculation sedimentation tank+V-filter+Sodium hypochlorite disinfection was used to meet the “Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant discharge Standard”(GB 18918—2002) first class A standard. The process flow,design parameters of each treatment unit and process characteristics were introduced in detail. Since March 2018,the current operation treatment effect was very ideal,and the COD,NH3-N,TN,TP removal rates reached 98.66%,98.80%,90.43%,98.90%,respectively. The effluent quality indexes were stable and met the standard.

摘要:
根据海产品废水水质水量变化大、水质浓度高、可生化性好的特点,确定某40 000 m3/d海产品废水主工艺采用改良Bardenpho+曝气生物滤池(BAF)+絮凝沉淀池+V型滤池+次氯酸钠消毒,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。详细介绍了处理工艺流程、各处理单元的设计参数和工艺特点。自2018年3月正式运行以后,处理效果非常理想,COD、NH3-N、TN、TP去除率分别达到98.66%、98.80%、90.43、98.90%,出水各项指标稳定达到标准。
