Abstract:
An industrial park is mainly composed of enterprises involving petrochemical industry, chemical fiber textile, fine chemicals, new energy, new chemical materials and so on. According to the quality and quantity characteristics of the wastewater, pre-treatment+hydrolytic acidification+A2O-MBR+catalytic ozonation+biologicalaerated filter+denitrification filter were adopted for wastewater treatment. After a year of stable operation, the effluent quality could meet first A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The total investment of the project was 235 million yuan, The direct operation cost of wastewater treatment plant was 3.5 yuan/m3. The combined treatment process, design parameters and operating experience of this plant could be reference for relevant projects.

摘要:
某工业园区以石油化工、化纤纺织、精细化工、新能源和化学新材料为主要产业,针对园区外排水的水质、水量特点,采用“预处理+水解酸化+A2O-MBR+臭氧催化氧化+曝气生物滤池+反硝化滤池”处理工艺处理该废水,经过一年的稳定运行,出水水质均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A排放标准。园区污水厂总投资为23 500万元,直接运营费用约为3.8元/m3。该工程的工艺流程、设计参数及运营情况可供相关工程参考。
