摘要:

采用混凝软化沉淀与生化联合工艺处理乙二醇废水,生化工艺采用预水解和膜生物反应器(MBR)的组合。在进水CODCr、SS、NH3-N、TN、硬度(以CaCO3计)分别为6 065、71、566、821、529 mg/L时,出水各项指标均达到后续反渗透(RO)的进水要求。运行结果表明,该组合工艺运行稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强,处理效果好,运行成本低。

Abstract:

Ethylene glycol wastewater was treated by combined process of softening and biochemistry. A combination of prehydrolysis and MBR were used in biochemical process. When the mass concentrations of CODCr, SS, NH3-N, TN and hardness(calculated by CaCO3) in the influent were 6 065 mg/L, 71 mg/L, 566 mg/L, 821 mg/L and 529 mg/L, respectively, the effluent met the requirements of influent water quality of RO. The stable operation results show that the process has strong impact load resistance, good treatment effect and low operation cost.
