PBTCA改性超支化聚醚产物的阻垢性能

摘要:

通过四氢呋喃和缩水甘油阳离子开环聚合制备端羟基超支化聚醚,以2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷(PBTCA)对羟基进行改性,得到改性聚醚产物(HBP-P),探讨了在高盐环境中阻垢剂用量、钙离子浓度、pH对HBP-P阻垢率的影响。结果表明,在高盐环境中HBP-P具有优异的阻垢效果,质量浓度为20 mg/L时,阻垢率达到99.74%。X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示,HBP-P能使碳酸钙晶体发生变化,晶型由方解石晶型变为球霰石晶型,降低结晶度。

Abstract:

The hydroxyl hyperbranched polyether was prepared by tetrahydrofuran and glycidyl, and then the hydroxyl was modified by PBTCA to obtain the modified product HBP-P. The effects of the concentration of scale inhibitor, Ca2+ concentration and pH on the scale inhibition efficiency under high salt condition were discussed. The results show that HBP-P has excellent scale inhibition performance in high salt circumstances. When the concentration was 20 mg/L, the scale inhibition efficiency reached 99.74%. XRD and SEM results show that HBP-P can change the calcium carbonate crystal from calcite crystal to vaterite crystal, which reduces the degree of crystallinity.
