石墨烯/壳聚糖材料的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘要:

以石墨烯和壳聚糖为原料,采用冷冻干燥法制备出石墨烯/壳聚糖(G/Cs)材料,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对G/Cs进行了表征。以罗丹明B作为污染物,G/Cs为吸附材料,得出最佳工艺条件:在25℃、pH=4、材料用量0.1 g/L条件下,对400 mg/L的罗丹明B污染物反应12 h后的最大饱和吸附容量达856.95 mg/g。利用灰色系统理论对相关因素关联分析,得出污染物浓度因素对罗丹明B吸附容量的影响最大。

Abstract:

Graphene/chitosan materials(G/Cs) were prepared by freeze-drying method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Experiments were conducted to investigate the characteristics of rhodamine B(RhB) adsorption onto G/Cs. The maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 856.95 mg/g after 12 h adsorption, when the material consumption was 0.1 g/L and the RhB solution was 400 mg/L under conditions of 25℃ and pH 4. Simultaneously, grey system theory was used to analyze the correlation factors, and it was concluded that the pollutant concentration factor had the greatest influence on the adsorption capacity of RhB.
