亚铁-过二硫酸盐法深度氧化造纸废水工艺研究

Study on the process of deep oxidation treatment of papermaking wastewater by ferrous-persulfate method

摘要:

采用正交实验方法,探讨了过二硫酸盐用量、硫酸亚铁用量、初始pH及反应时间4个工艺参数对亚铁-过二硫酸盐法深度氧化处理造纸废水(二级生化出水)效果的影响。结果表明:过二硫酸盐用量为436 mg/L,亚铁用量为654 mg/L,原水基础上微调或不调初始pH,反应30 h,为处理效果最优工艺条件。经亚铁-过二硫酸盐法处理后上清液CODCr去除率可达90%,色度去除率可达97%。与Fenton法相比,亚铁-过二硫酸盐法在处理效果及经济成本上具有明显优势,应用前景良好。

Abstract:

The effects of four process parameters including persulfate content, ferrous sulfate content, initial pH, and reaction time on the effect of ferrous-persulfate method for deep oxidation treatment of papermaking wastewater(secondary biochemical effluent) were investigated using orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum process was obtained under the condition of ferrous-persulfate dosage 436 mg/L, ferrous 654 mg/L, with or without adjusting the initial pH based on raw water and the reaction was performed for 30 h. After the ferrous-persulfate treatment, the CODCr removal rate of the supernatant was up to 90%, and the chroma removal rate could reach 97%. Compared with Fenton method, it has obvious advantages in processing effect and economic cost, and has a good application prospect.
