树脂耦合电渗析脱除MDEA废液中热稳定盐试验

Removal of heat stable salt from N-methyl diethanolamine wastewater by exchange resin coupled electrodialysis

摘要:

将阴离子交换树脂与电渗析进行耦合,构建了树脂耦合电渗析装置。结果表明:树脂耦合电渗析装置可有效去除N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)吸附液中的热稳定盐(HSS)。该装置最佳操作条件:NaOH溶液质量分数3%,电压为30 V,淡化室厚度为2.5 mm。树脂耦合电渗析对MDEA吸附液中热稳定盐的去除率可达93.84%,远优于电渗析的65.27%;MDEA损耗率降低到3.78%,低于电渗析的MDEA损耗率(21.07%)。

Abstract:

The resin and electrodialysis were coupled to build an anion exchange resin coupled electrodialysis device. The results showed that the anion exchange resin coupled electrodialysis device could effectively remove the HSS from N-methyl diethanolamine(MDEA) wastewater. Under the optimum operating conditions of 3% NaOH concentration, 30 V voltage and 2.5 mm thickness of dilute compartment, the HSS removal rate of resin coupled electrodialysis was up to 93.84%, which was higher than that of electrodialysis 65.27%. The loss rate of MDEA was reduced to 3.78%, which was significantly lower than that of electrodialysis 21.07%.
